摘要 探讨了全身麻醉过程中镇静、镇痛及抗伤害刺激、肌肉松弛等方面麻醉效果的监测方法、技术发展、应用现状,分析了相关技术的原理和优势及现有技术中存在的主要问题。指出由于患者个体差异、麻醉药品种类及作用机制等不同,现有监测技术多存在特异性和抗干扰能力方面的不足,监测效果仍不能完全满足临床中麻醉药物用量精准控制的要求,还需要进一步探索新技术与方法。 The monitoring methods, technologies development and their application were discussed in sedation, analgesia,muscle relaxation and stress control during general anesthesia. The principles, advantages and problems of the existing technologies were analyzed. The existing technologies had deficiencies in specificity and anti-interference ability due to differences in patients, types of anesthetics and action mechanism, so that precision dose control of anesthetics could not be fulfilled during clinical application. Therefore, further studies on novel general anesthesia monitoring techniques are desperately needed.
