新形势下保障党员民主权利的路径探析

Path to Guarantee the Democratic Rights of the Party Members in the New Situation

党员民主权利是党内民主的基础和核心,能否有效保障党员民主权利事关党内民主权利的实现与否。本文在对新形势下党员民主权利现状进行审视与考察基础上,提出知情不畅、参与不广、选举不实、监督乏力等在保障党员民主权利方面存在的问题。当前,保障党员民主权利须着力于"信息通畅",切实保障党员知情权;着力于"广泛参与",切实保障党员参与权;着力于"体现意志",切实保障党员选举权;着力于"监督有效",切实保障党员监督权。

The democratic rights of the party members is the foundation of the inner-party democracy.Whether can effectively guarantee the democratic rights of the party members concerning the democratic rights ＇realization or not. Based on the current situation of democratic right under the new situation survey and investigation, this paper put forward the problems which exist in the protection of democratic party members. At present, it is necessary to ensure the democratic right of the party members; guarantee the participation right by wide range; guarantee the right to vote by embodying will; guarantee the right of supervision by effective supervision.
