现代农业核心示范区发展对策研究——以广西桂林市为例

The Development Strategy of Core Demonstration Zone of Modern Agriculture—— Based on Guilin

国家越来越重视现代农业核心示范区的改革与建设。桂林现代农业核心示范区的建设绩效较为突出,但在思想认识、主体培育、资金投入、组织化管理、配套设施建设、体制机制创新等方面还存在不同程度的问题。需要重点做好"三创新"和"四突出":机制创新重点要抓好"五化"落实机制、投融资机制、科技支撑机制等三方面的创新,更要在"主体培育、品牌质量、服务成效、产销保障"等四个方面提供立体性、系统性保障。

China attaches more and more importance to the reform and construction of the core demonstration zone of modern agriculture. Though the construction performance of Guilin in core demonstration zone of modern agriculture is outstanding, there are still problems in ideological understanding, subject cultivation, capital investment, organization management, supporting facilities construction and institutional mechanism innovation. It should focus on ＂the three innovation＂ and ＂four outstanding＂. Key to mechanism innovation is to carry out the investment and financing mechanism, support mechanism. We should provide stereoscopic and systematic guarantee in four aspects of subject cultivation, brand quality, service efficiency, and production and marketing guarantee.
