近年来,桂林市少数民族聚居地区经济得到快速发展,而少数民族散居地区由于受历史和自然条件限制、经济基础薄弱、交通不便、民族政策惠及不足等因素的影响,大都还存在生产生活条件落后、经济收入较少、社会事业发展相对滞后等问题。这些问题如果不能得到有效的解决,一些散居少数民族地区就有可能成为桂林市各地实现全面小康后的贫困角落。因此,研究桂林市散居少数民族异地扶贫移民安置,不仅对于桂林市散居少数民族异地扶贫移民安置的工作进一步开展、桂林市散居少数民族的发展及桂林扶贫攻坚战的完成、小康社会的全面建成有实际意义,也可为其它散居少数民族异地扶贫移民安置提供积极的启示。

In recent years, the national minority community has made rapid economic development, however, due to the historical, natural conditions, weak economic foundation, traffic inconvenience and the national policy which doesn ＇t benefit the most, the scattered minority areas still has the problems of backward production and living conditions, less economic income and relatively backward social development. If these problems can not be solved effectively, some scattered ethnic minority areas may become the poor corner of the city. Therfore, study the scattered minority ＇s resettlement for poverty alleviation of Guilin, not only be of great practical significance for carrying out the scattered minority poverty alleviation, but also has significance meaning in the development of the scattered ethnic minorities of Guilin, the completion of struggle for poverty alleviation and the comprehensive construction of a moderately prosperous society.
