摘要
介绍基于Dynaform&LS-DYNA软件,以汽车引擎盖外板为例,分析了不同硬化准则、各向异性参数以及不同屈服准则对跌落变形虚拟仿真的影响。结果表明,Dynaform中24号材料模型由于考虑到不同应变率下的硬化,仿真结果更加贴近现场实际零件;材料的各向异性参数和屈服准则对重力变形仿真结果无影响。
Taking the automotive outer panel of the hood as an example, the influence of various hardening models, anisotropy parameters and yield criterion on dropping simulation results were investigated based on the Dynaform & LS-DYNA software. The results showed that the the No.24 material model simulated by Dynaform was more consistent with the ac- tual parts, and the strain rate was taken into consideration in the hardening. Besides, the anisotropy parameters and the yield criterion had little effect on the simulation results on gravity deformation.
