摘要 以差厚激光拼焊板料为研究对象,结合CAE分析结果和实际生产过程中差厚激光拼焊门内板拉深后的状态,对板料性能、厚薄板宽度、拉深阻力等进行分析,为解决差厚激光拼焊门内板拉深开裂问题提供参考。 Taking the laser tailor welded blanks with different thickness as research object, the sheet metal property, width of the thick-to-thin plate and the drawing resistance were analyzed based on the CAE results and the drawing states in the actual process of the parts. Finally the cracking in drawing for laser tailor welded blanks with different thick- ness was solved, which could provide reference for similar parts.
