摘要
分析了汽车后视镜灯座的工艺特点,介绍了注射模结构设计和工作过程,模具采用定模侧不同方向的2个液压缸带动顶杆成型塑件的管状结构,在定模型芯中设计锥形针点浇口,实现了凝料的自动脱落,并用拉料杆、限位螺钉、尼龙塞和拉杆控制开模运动顺序和分型定距。模具结构合理,运行可靠。
The structural design and the working process of the injection mould for the auto- mobile rearview mirror cover were presented based on the analysis of the process charac- teristics of the plastics. The tube structure in the plastics was formed by two different di- rection ejectors that driving by hydraulic cylinders in the fixed half. And the gate was cut automatically by the design of cone-shaped needle gate in the core. And the sequential of mould opening and sequence parting was controlled with the use of the sprue puller pin, limit screw, nylon plug and rod.
