磁铁精矿提质降杂磁浮选柱连选试验研究 被引量:3

摘要 采用入浮磁选精矿为试验原料,用磁浮选柱替代现场的浮选机对某弱磁选精矿进行了提铁降硅试验,具体探讨磁浮选柱系统连选试验条件。结果表明,在一定工艺技术条件下,可获得产率为76.32%,TFe品位为65.65%,金属回收率为94.18%的铁精矿,总尾矿TFe品位为14.44%。 The testing raw material is concentrate for flotation and magnetic separation. Use magnetic separation and flotation separation column to replace flotation machine at site for Fe content increase and silica decrease test for a certain kind of concentrate of low-intensity magnetic separation. The paper discusses in detail the continuous concentration test conditions with magnetic separation and flotation separation column. The result shows that under a certain process technology, iron concentrate with productivity 76.32%, TFe grade 65.65%, and metal recovery rate 94.18% can be obtained. The TFe grade of total tailings is 14.44%.
