摘要
良好的教育生态是实施民族团结教育的重要基础和条件。武陵山区中小学民族团结教育处于失衡失和的不稳定状态,主要表现为对民族团结教育政治属性认识不到位、民族文化生态急剧变化、人口大量外流与传统村落空心化、教育体系变迁与结构失衡等问题,严重制约了民族团结教育事业的健康持续发展。重构武陵山区中小学民族团结教育的组织生态、文化生态、管理生态、学习生态、人才生态、课程生态和情感生态,对于增强民族团结教育的实效性,推进民族团结教育事业发展具有十分重要的意义。
A sound educational ecology provides vital basis and conditions to the ethnic unity education. The ethnic unity education in primary and secondary schools of Wuling mountainous area is in an unbalanced and unstable state, which is reflected by the lack of consciousness of the political nature of ethnic unity education, drastic changes in ethnic cultural ecology, mass population outflow resulting in the decline of traditional villages, the system change and structure imbalance of education, etc. All these have imposed serious constraints on the sound and sustainable development of ethnic unity education. It is really signifi- cant to reconstruct the ecology of organization, culture, management, learning, intellectual, course and emotion of the ethnic unity education in primary and secondary schools of Wuling mountainous area, so as to enhance the development of ethnic unity education.
