The Construction Mode of Law Major Courses in the Open University of Guangdong——Taking the Construction of Curriculum Resources of “Labor Contract Law" As an Example

开放大学的人才培养模式既不同于普通高校,也不同于高职院校,与这种新的人才培养模式相适应的课程资源建设的内容与机制也必然不同。课程是开放大学人才培养模式运行的基石,广东开放大学法学(劳动争议调解与仲裁)专业在课程资源建设探索过程中坚持以国际先进的教育理论为指导,以开放、合作、实用、方便自学为原则,与普通高校、技术公司进行全方位合作共同开发课程资源,并应用于教学实践,总结了相关建设经验。

The training mode of open university is different from that of regular institutions of higher learning, and that of vocational colleges as well. Thus the content and mechanism of curriculum resources construction adaptation to this new talent training model must be different as well. Curriculum is the cornerstone of talent training mode in open university. In the course of curriculum resources construction, the law program, guided by the international advanced education theory, in light of the principles of openness, cooperation, centering on learners, practicality and convenience, and cooperating with other universities and technology companies to develop curriculum resources in an all-round way, has successfully conducted the reform and teaching with desirable experience.
