延续护理在糖尿病足高危患者中的应用效果分析

目的探讨延续护理在糖尿病足高危患者中的应用效果。方法选择我院2016年12月至2017年4月期间收治的62例糖尿病足高危患者,将这62例糖尿病足高危患者随机分为观察组31例,实施延续护理;随机选择31例作为对照组,实施常规护理措施,比较两组糖尿病足高危患者健康知识知晓程度和血糖控制情况。结果观察组糖尿病足高危患者健康知识掌握度较对照组患者提高,观察组糖尿病足高危患者的血糖控制情况较对照组患者改善,P<0.05。结论糖尿病足高危患者实施延续护理,能够有效提高患者自我管理能力,改善血糖控制情况,延缓或者降低糖尿病并发症发生。

Objectives To explore the application effect of continuous nursing in patients with diabetic foot. Methods The 62 cases of diabetic patients with high risk of diabetic foot were randomly divided into observation group in the 62 patients with high risk of diabetes during the period of December 2016 to April 2017. At random ,31 cases were selected as the control group, and the routine nursing measures were carried out to compare the health knowledge awareness and blood glucose control in two groups of patients with high risk of diabetes. Results The observation group than the control group in patients at high risk of diabetic foot health knowledge to master degrees patients improved, observation group of patients at high risk of diabetic foot than the control group patients improved glycemic control rate ,P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The implementation of continuation nursing of diabetic foot patients can effectively improve patients＇ self-management ability, improve blood glucose control, delay or reduce the complications of diabetes.
