涂覆镀锌钢管在住宅地上明支燃气管道的应用分析

Applicatio on of Coated Galvanized Steel Pipe in Residential Gas Pipeline

通过中性盐雾(NSS)试验,可以得出环氧防腐涂层能使涂覆镀锌钢管比常规镀锌钢管具有更优良的防腐蚀性能。通过明支燃气管道的新装工程和旧改工程的试点,对管材的工程经济性进行了分析,同时总结了应用中存在的问题,并提出了相应的解决方案,为今后类似的新建公房及老公房地上明支管道项目提供借鉴。

Through neutral salt spray （NSS） test, it can be concluded that epoxy anti-corrosion coating can make coating galvanized steel pipe better corrosion resistance than conventional galvanized steel pipe. This paper analyzes the engineering economy of the new project and the old reform project of the new branch gas pipeline, meanwhile, it summarizes problems existing in the application, and puts forward corresponding solutions, which provides reference for the similar newly-built and renovation project of residential gas pipeline.
