摘要
我国对地面车辆车厢结构提出了安全技术要求和评价方法,但对矿山井下无轨运人设备车厢防护结构相关可靠性评价研究尚未开展。通过对国内外汽车被动安全法规和碰撞试验法规的对比和分析,结合无轨运人车在井下使用的实际情况,提出了矿山井下无轨运人设备车厢防护结构的试验程序。该试验程序为矿山井下无轨运人设备车厢安全评价提供了一种试验方法,并设计了相应的加载试验平台。
The safe technical requirements and evaluation methods in terms of the protective structure of the ground transporta- tion vehicle were put forward in China, but the researches on the reliability evaluation in terms of the protective structure of the underground mine trackless transportation vehicle were not carried out. Through the comparison and analysis of the domestic and abroad automobile passive safety regulations and collision test regulations, and combined with the actual use of the under- ground trackless transportation vehicle, a test program of the protective structure of the underground trackless transportation vehicle was put forward. Thus, the test program provided a test method for the safety evaluation of underground trackless transportation vehicle, and the corresponding Ioading test platforms were designed.
