Study on Foam Performances of New Ester-based Quaternary Ammonium Salt Cationic Collectors

摘要 为探究新型酯基季铵盐阳离子捕收剂M-3、M-N与传统药剂十二胺的泡沫性能,由微观泡沫兼并试验测试两相泡沫性能。以石英纯矿物和磁铁矿纯矿物为试样,对比药剂在不同矿物粒度、浓度条件下产生的三相泡沫性能差异;采用表面张力测试,衡量各药剂形成泡沫的难易程度。通过三相接触角测试,研究药剂种类对石英界面疏水性的影响。结果表明:药剂浓度为3×10^(-3) mol/L,灌注速度为1.30mm/s时,M-3兼并时间最短为0.050s,M-N为0.100s,十二胺为0.141s;三相泡沫稳定性随着矿物粒度的减小、浓度的增加而加强。当粒度为-25μm,浓度为6%时,3种药剂的消泡顺序由快至慢为M-3>M-N>十二胺;表面张力表明,3种药剂起泡性有强到弱顺序为M-3>M-N>十二胺;三相接触角表明,各药剂浓度为3×10^(-3)mol/L时,十二胺的石英接触角为102.49°,M-3与M-N的石英接触角分别为116.00°和109.50°。综合对比可知,M-3与M-N是具有良好泡沫性能的阳离子捕收剂。 In order to explore the foam performances of the new ester-based quaternary ammonium salt cationic collectors M-3 and M-N and traditional agent DDA, the two-phase foam performances were tested by micro-foam coalescence experiments. Taking pure quartz and magnetite as test samples, the performances of three-phase foam generating from agent under different mineral particle sizes and concentrations were compared. The surface tension tests were conducted to measure the difficulty de- gree of foam formed by various agents. Then, according to three-phase contacting angle experiments, the influences of agent type on the hydrophobicity of quartz interface were studied. The results Showed that when the agent concentration was 3×10^-3 mol/L, and the perfusion speed was 1.30 mm/s, the shortest coalescence time of M-3 was 0,050 s, those of M-N was 0.100 s and those of DDA was 0.141 s. With the decrease of mineral particle size and the increase of concentration, the stability of three-phase foam enhanced. When the particle size was -25 μm, and the concentration was 6%, the defoaming speed of the three agents was from M-3, M-N to DDA in descending order. The surface tension indicated that the foaming performance of the three agents form M-3, M-N to DDA also was in descending order. The three-phase contacting angle indicated that when the agent concentration was 3 × 10^-3 tool/L, the quartz contacting angle of DDA was 102.49%, and the quartz contacting angle of M-3 and M-N was 116.00°and 109.50° respectively. Through comprehensive comparison, it was obtained that M-3 and M-N were cationie collectors with good foaming performance.
