摘要
研究了球磨工艺对CaCu_3Ti_4O_(12)陶瓷粉体粒度的影响,用Rise-2008激光粒度分析仪对样品粒度进行分析。结果表明,CaCu_3Ti_4O_(12)陶瓷粉体的粒度会随球磨时间的延长而不断减小,球磨24h的样品平均粒度最小;球磨转速为200r/min的时候样品的粒度最小;添加球磨介质会降低CaCu_3Ti_4O_(12)粉体粒度,以水为介质的CaCu_3Ti_4O_(12)粉体粒度更小。
In this paper, the influence of different milling time, different ball mill speed and different ball milling media on the particle size of CaCu3 Ti, O12 ceramic powder was studied. The particle size of CaCu3 Ti4O12 ceramic powder was studied by Rise-2008 laser particle size analyzer. The results show that the particle size of the sample will decrease with the in- crease of milling time. When the ball mill speed is 200r / min, the particle size of the sample is the smallest. The addition of ball milling media will reduce the particle size of powder, and the particle size of CaCu3 Ti4O12 powder with water as the medium is smaller.
