摘要
为了增大超高压、特高压输电线路传输容量,提高线路利用率,提出了一种基于改进型移相变压器(IPST)和小容量统一潮流控制器(UPFC)的新型混合式统一潮流控制器(IHUPFC)。在IPST结构、电压调节性能的基础上,推导了IPST与UPFC的容量配合关系。分析了IHUPFC在成本、性能方面比现有潮流调节装置的优势。并提出了考虑线路充电电容情况下的IHUPFC的控制策略。仿真结果表明,所提出的IHUPFC装置及其控制策略可精确调节线路潮流,潮流调节相对误差<0.1%。IHUPFC简化了传统混合式潮流控制器(HPFC)的结构,降低了其制作难度及成本,并增加了其容量调节范围,具有广阔的应用前景。
To enhance the transmission capacity and increase the utilization rate of transmission line in EHV and UHV grid,an improved hybrid unified-power flow controller(IHUPFC) based on an improved phase shift transformer(IPST) and a small capacity unified power flow controller(UPFC) was developed.After a detail introduction of the structure and voltage regulation performance of IPST,we derived the capacity relationship between the IPST and UPFC.Compared with the existing power flow controllers,the advantages of IHUPFC were analyzed in cost and performances.Besides,we proposed a control strategy for IHUPFC and the effect of capacitance considered explicitly.The simulation results indicate that the proposed IHUPFC and the control strategy regulate the power plow precisely.The power flow control relative error is less than 0.1%.IHUPFC has a simpler structure,lowered carving difficulty,reduced cost,and larger power flow control area than that of existing hybrid power flow controller(HPFC).The technology of IHUPFC will be widely applied in prospect.
