GIS变电站开关操作引起的二次设备端口电磁骚扰模拟实验及分析

Analysis and Simulated Experiment for Port Disturbance Voltage Due to Switching Operation in GIS Substation

在GIS变电站中,智能二次设备如合并单元、智能终端等测量监测设备就地放置在汇控柜中,这些电子设备容易受到开关操作引起的瞬态电磁干扰。为了方便测量和研究不同工况下电磁骚扰数据,设计了一种模拟试验平台,可用于模拟产生开关操作情况下GIS变电站传感器和二次设备端口电磁骚扰。利用陡波电源作为激励源进行实验,测量了GIS中心导杆与外壳始端终端电压、GIS外壳对地电压、模拟传感器端口骚扰电压、模拟汇控柜端口骚扰电压。测量波形与IEC相关标准进行时域和频域对比,说明其符合阻尼振荡波基本特征;与GIS变电站实测骚扰对比,说明其与实测波形特征有较好的一致性,能够用于二次设备端口骚扰电压耦合特性,防护措施评价及考核方法研究。

Many intelligent devices for measuring and monitoring such as merging unit and intelligent terminals are located in the local control cabinet in the construction of the smart GIS substations.These devices inside are vulnerable to electromagnetic disturbance induced by disconnector switching operations.Mastering the characteristics of the port electromagnetic disturbance of these devices is important for the EMC evaluation and immunity measures.Consequently,we designed and proposed a simulated experiment platform.Using steep pulse as the source,we measured the following data ： the voltages between GIS rod and shell at the beginning and terminal of the GIS pipe,the port voltage between GIS shell and ground,the port disturbance voltage on the simulated intelligent sensor side,and the port disturbance voltage on the simulated local cabinet side.The voltage waveforms were compared with IEC standard from time domain and frequency domain aspects and fully analyzed.It is validated that the voltages from this platform are representative of the port disturbance and are in accordance with IEC standard damping oscillation waveform.Also,they were compared with the disturbances of GIS substations.The results show that the characteristics of these waveforms are close to those of disturbances measured in GIS substations.Hence,this platform can produce disturbance voltages in line with the requirements of EMC immunity and protection technique of secondary equipment port.
