摘要
针对焊接边不同位置对双帽梁吸能特性的影响问题,通过改变焊接边的相对位置,并与传统焊接边双帽梁进行对比分析,在有限元仿真分析的基础上,结合落锤试验对双帽梁的吸能特性进行研究。结果表明,焊接边的位置对双帽梁吸能效率和变形有一定的影响,焊接边越靠近薄壁梁边缘,吸能率越低,但变形效果越好。
For research on the impact of energy absorption efficiency of double-hat beam with different flange location,changing the relative flange location and making comparative analysis with flange of the traditional two-hat beam, and on the basis of finite element simulation analysis the research on energy absorption efficiency of double-hat beam combined with drop test is worked out. The result verifies:flange location has effect on energy absorption and deformation in same parameters, which flange is closer to the edge of the thin-walled beam, thin-walled beam absorbs less energy and deforms better.
