摘要
针对JC法(一次二阶矩法)不适于求解高度非线性功能函数结构的可靠性问题。结合最大熵原理,在求解联合验算点的基础之上,对机械系统各失效模式功能函数进行线性转化,并进行了相关性分析。根据相关程度的大小,由概率网络估算技术(Probabilistic Network Estimation Technique,PNET)法的有关原则,找出系统主要失效模式,用主失效形式代替系统所有失效形式,给出了一种精确的可靠度分析的方法。最后结合算例,进一步验证了该方法的精确性和可行性。
Since the JC method (the first order and second moment, FSOM) is not suitable for solving the structural reliability problems with highly nonliner functions, the theory of maximum entropy was used to calculate the joint check point. Based on these joint check points, the performance function of each system failure modes could be linearized. Then, the correlations analysis between the failure modes is solved. Combining the degree of correlation and the principle of Probabilistic Network Estimation Technique (PNET) method , a accurate analysis method for solving the reliability can be obtained by substituting the main failure mode for all failure modes. Finally, an example is given to demonstrate the accuracy and feasibility of the proposed method.
