摘要 第五套人民币硬币分拣机的分拣原理是根据该套硬币的直径大小设计不同带有下落口的轨道,由于硬币大小不同所以分拣轨道下落口大小也不同,主要的创新是这些轨道重叠在一起,硬币滑行道到重叠轨道中分拣不同面值大小的硬币。根据这个原理设计的硬币自动分拣机,包括输送模块、分离模块和计数模块。输送模块主要作用是将硬币在输送带上输送到硬币轨道口,硬币在输送带上利用辊子和刮片板进行单层化铺平和分列排队;分离模块主要作用是将进入轨道的硬币在皮带的带动动力下水平并行滑行,这些轨道的底层重叠在一起,每个轨道中沿硬币运动方向设有若干口径,这些口径是根据硬币大小设计的从小到大的出币口,这种方法可以高效准确的分拣每个轨道中不同面值大小的硬币;计数模块主要作用是设置在各个滑道中的红外传感器,各个红外传感器连接单片机实现计数和数值统计。实验证明该分拣机可以高效准确地实现对我国第五套人民币大批量硬币进行分离和计数,而且效率高、准确性高。 The main purpose of this article is the fifth set of sorting RMB COINS. Sorting principle is based on the diameter of the fifth set of RMB COINS the size design fall with a mouth of orbital, because COINS are of different size sorting track whereabouts mouth size is different, the main innovation is the orbital overlap, coin taxiway to overlap in orbit sorting COINS the size of different denominations. In this paper, according to the principle of the designed automatic coin sorting machine, the sorting machine includes transmission module, the separation and counting module. Transmission module main effect is to COINS COINS in the conveyor beh to the rail, a coin on the conveyor belt use roller and doctor blade plate for single layer paving and ranked queuing; Separation of main function module is COINS will go into orbit under the belt drive power level parallel glide, the orbit of the underlying overlap, each track in the direction along the COINS is equipped with a number of diameter, the diameter is designed according to coin size from small to large, the currency outlet of this approach can be efficient and accurate sorting different face in each orbit the size of a coin; Counting module main role is to set up in each slide in the infrared sensor, the infrared sensor connection singlechip microcomputer count and numerical statistics. Based on the principles of the design and making the coin sorting machine, the sorting machine experiment proves that can efficiently and accurately realize the fifth set of RMB in China large quantities of coin separation and counting, and high efficiency and high accuracy.
