摘要
针对目前对枪钻钻削深孔工艺参数的设置无理论依据,为研究工艺参数对喷油器体中孔钻削质量的影响,以提高深孔加工的质量,通过单因素实验法分别研究分析切削速度、进给速度、油压等工艺参数对深孔的直线度、圆度和孔平行度以及孔径偏差的影响规律。加工结果分析表明:随着切削速度的增加,直线度误差呈减小趋势,圆度和孔平行度误差呈现先减小后增大趋势,孔径偏差呈上升趋势。随着进给速度的增大,直线度呈现V形波动上升,但增幅不大,圆度误差呈下降趋势,孔平行度呈上升趋势,当进给速度为60 mm/min时,孔径偏差最小,孔径尺寸与刀具最稳合。深孔直线度误差随着切削液油压增大而增大,圆度误差随着油压的增大呈现先减小后增大的趋势,油压为12.5 MPa时,圆度误差最小;孔平行度和孔径偏差都呈现先减小后增大的趋势,在油压为11~12.5 MPa时,误差较小。
In this paper, single factor experiment analysis method is used to study the influence of cutting speed, feed speed and oil pressure on the straightness, roundness, the hole parallelism and the aperture deviation of deep hole machining according to the processing parameters of the gun drill which has no oretical basis, which can understand the effect of drilling parameters on the injector body processing quality and can improve the quality of deep hole machining. The analysis of the processing result show that: straightness error shows a declining trend, roundness and hole parallelism error go down in the beginning and then go up, aperture deviation shows a rising trend with the increase of cutting speed. Straightness shows V fluctuation rise, although the increment is small, the roundness error is a downward trend, the aperture deviation puts up a rising trend with the increase of feed speed. The straightness error of deep l-ole shows a rising trend and the roundness error goes down at first and then goes up with the increase of oil preassure,when the oil preassure is 12.5Mpa, the roundness error is the smallest, the parallelism and aperture deviation both the tendency of decreasing at first and increasing later,when the pressure is 11 - 12.5 Mpa,the error is smallest.
