摘要
当前裁剪方法是规则引导下进行资源搜索后设计者主观分析的过程,现有裁剪规则虽然能够引导资源搜索,但是却无法确保资源搜索的覆盖范围足够大,并且设计者的主观分析某种程度限制了方案的获取。针对上述问题,提出了主观分析和客观原理相结合的裁剪方法。首先,以理想化七条模式为基础,提取出了十条裁剪规则指导有用功能分配。然后,以裁剪规则与40条发明原理对系统结构改变方式上的相似性为基础,构建出了裁剪规则与发明原理的对应关系,以效应库、专利库以及新原理为知识源,利用裁剪规则对应的发明原理来寻找系统启发解。最后,通过对水果削皮机的创新设计,验证了此方法的合理性。
Current trimming methods were the process that the resource search under the guidance of rules were finished to subjective analysis by designer, although existing trimming rules can guide resource search, but it is no guarantee that the coverage of resource search is large enough, and the designer's subjective analysis had limited the access of the program to some extent. In view of the above problems, it put forward a method of combining subjective analysis and objective principle. First of all, the ten trimming rules were extracted through the seven idealized models to guide the allocation of useful functions. Then, The corresponding relationship between trimming rules and inventive principles was constructed based on the similarity about the way of structural change. We put the effect library, patent library and the new principle as the source of knowledge, relying on the relation between trimming rules and inventive principles to find the solution. Finally, through the innovative design of the fruit peeler, verified the rationality of this method.
