摘要
现代风帆助航技术的研究与应用对缓解国家能源压力和环境污染具有重要意义。为了实现风帆回转运动的自动化,根据电液比例泵控马达系统的原理,设计了一种风帆回转液压系统,并建立了系统的数学模型。使用Matlab/Simulink对系统进行了仿真分析,仿真结果表明,该系统在PID控制下,当无负载干扰时,风帆转角可以被精确控制;当对系统加入100~220 k N·m大小的负载力矩的干扰时,系统能快速恢复到稳定状态且控制精度不变,控制性能满足风帆回转运动的需求。
In order to realize the automation of slewing of sail, according to the principle of electro hydraulic proportional pump control motror system, a slewing hydraulic system of sail was proposed, and the math model of the system was also established. Simulation analysis of this system was done with Matalab/Simulink, the results show that under the control of PID, the sail angle can be controlled accurately when there is no load; the system can quickly recover to a stable state and the control precision is constant when the system is disturbed by the load torque of 20 50kN·m. Its dynamic and static performance can fulfill requirements of sail.
