云南藏区旅游开发中的社区居民参与考察——以雨崩、洛茸藏族村为例

Investigation on Community Residents' Participation of Tourism Development in Tibetan Area of Yunnan:Taking Yubeng,Luorong Tibetan Village as an Example

云南藏区即迪庆藏族自治州,是"三江并流"世界自然遗产地腹心地带和香格里拉生态旅游区核心地区,境内旅游资源丰富而独特,旅游资源开发是地方经济发展和居民脱贫的重要凭借。对雨崩、洛茸藏族村社区居民旅游参与情况的考察表明,在藏区旅游开发中应秉承资源地居民优先受惠权与利益共享的发展理念,充分调动藏区群众参与旅游的主动性和积极性,切实保障其发展权益与经济收益,实现民族地区经济与民族经济的协同发展,进而助益迪庆民族团结进步示范区建设。

Yunnan Tibetan area is Diqing Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture. The prefecture is the heart of World natural legacy of ＂ three rivers flow ＂and the Key district of Shangri-la. Enrichment and unique of tourist resources within borders, the development of tourist resources is an important support for local economic development and residents＇ poverty alleviation. The study on community residents＇ participation in the development of Yubeng, Luorong Tibetan Village shows that in the tourism development in Tibet, we should uphold the development concept of preferential benefit and benefit sharing of resource residents, fully mobilize the initiative and enthusiasm of Tibetan people to participate in development, effectively protect the local people development rights and interests as well as economic benefits, realize the coordinated development of national regions＇ economies with ethnic minorities＇ economies, and then help Diqing＇ national unity and progress demonstration area construction.
