摘要
文化回应性教育是美国为了解决来自不同种族和文化背景的学生的学习适应性,培养具有独特能力的人而提出来的,经过多年的研究和实践,取得了很好的效果。本文分析文化回应性教育产生的背景,阐释其基本内涵,在分析我国民族地区学校教育存在的普遍问题的基础上,提出了文化回应性教育对我国少数民族地的学校教育改革与发展的启示:确立"民族文化回应性"办学理念,以培养学生的社会适应能力和创造力;开发"民族文化回应性"课程,搭建学生学习与生活之间的桥梁;培养"民族文化回应性"教师,提升学生的学业成绩;出台有力政策,推动"民族文化回应性"教育的真正落实。
In order to solve the learning adaptability of students' from different ethnic and cultural background, and shape their unique ability, the United States advocates culturally responsive schooling. After years of research and practice, culturaUy responsive schooling achieved good results. This paper explains the connotation of culturally responsive schooling, on the basis of analyzing the common problems in schooling in the minority areas in our country, discusses its enlightenment to the development of schooling in the minority areas in our country: to construct "national culturally responsive" educational philosophy and shape unique living ability; to develop "national culturally responsive" curriculum and build a bridge between the students' learning and the life; to train "national culturally responsive" teachers and improve students' academic achievement; to promulgate some favorable policy and promote the implementation of " national culturally responsive" schooling.
