高校大学生思想政治工作是意识形态领域一项非常重要的工作。如何创新工作方式方法,更好的将这项工作做出成效,成为摆在广大高校教育工作者面前的一个重要命题。面对大学生主体已是"95后、00后"这一新常态,客观上要求大学生思想政治工作要接地气、有温度、有质感,要灵活多样的讲好国家故事,传递好国家声音。本文基于"真枪实弹"的工作实践,对新常态下如何做好当代大学生的思想政治工作进行了梳理和思考。

The ideological education for the college students in the higher education is one of the most important jobs, It has been a key issue for the educators to innovate its working ways. The overall enrolled students have been 95 or 00 generations,facing the new situation,it requires the educators create various effective ways to tell the national stories and voices to the students .This article summarizes the practice of how we do it in the fields of ideological education.
