摘要
工业再设计是走向正向设计与精密制造一体化的科学方法论。文章结合苏氏集成熔模铸造技术体系的发展与应用,阐述了工业再设计的主要内容,主要涉及产品功能实现、产品设计、装备设计、工艺要素数字化、个性化发展、价值工程评估等。就推进工业再设计体系的发展,从产品解码信息、过程补偿、仿真实验、标准化等四个方面提出了发展思路。
Re-design in industry is a Scientific Methodology, which integrates forward design and precision manufacturing. From product design, Re-design continuous innovate technical means, maximize the combination of fine and dense, to realize green design and ecological design. This paper connecting development and application of SIIC set out main content of Re-design in industry that involved realization of product function, product design, equipment design, digital craft element, individualizing development, value engineering evaluation and so on. This paper point out development thought to Re-design in industry from four aspects: product decoding information, process compensating, simulation experiment and standardization.
