论民办应用型本科教学管理的规范与创新

On the Standardization and Innovation of the Teaching Management of the Application Oriented Undergraduate Education

民办应用型本科院校多转型于高职专科院校,肩负着为国家培养应用型人才的重要使命,是我国本科教育新的生力军。在培养人才目标的驱使下,教学管理的重要性逐渐凸显出来。民办应用型本科教学管理是否到位,是整个院校教学质量好坏的决定因素。因此,本文立足于民办应用型本科教学管理理论,对其现状作出分析,并提出了教学管理方面的规范与创新举措,以期能对民办应用型本科院校发展有所启发。

Private colleges application-oriented transformation in higher vocational colleges,shouldering the important mission for the country to cultivate applied talents,is the undergraduate education of the new force.By the talents training goal;the importance of teaching management is gradually becoming promlnent.The teaching management of private application-oriented is in place,is the decisive factor in Teaching the quality of the whole college.Therefore,this paper is based on the private applied undergraduate teaching management theory,analysis of the situation,and puts forward the standard and innovation measures of teaching management,in order to be inspired with development of private colleges.
