长期以来,河南理工大学万方学院坚持"全员融入式育人"的工作理念,通过全员参与、分类管理,实现了包括专兼职学生思想政治工作人员在内的全体教职工与学生共同成长,教书育人、管理育人和服务育人创新协调发展,共享思想政治教育成果的目标。

For a long time,Wanfang College of Henan Polytechnic University adhere to the ＂full integrated education＂ concept. Through full participation and the implementation of＂ classification management,all the staff including part-time Ideological and political workers grow with students. They not only impart knowledge and educate students,but also educate students by efficient management and good service. The education is developed in innovation and coordination by sharing the achievements of Ideological and political education.
