关于高校青年教师提高教学能力的思考

Reflections on Improving the Teaching Ability of Young Teachers in Colleges and Universities

青年教师是高等学校教师队伍的重要组成部分,而青年教师在教学工作中的不足和问题普遍存在。本文首先对高校青年教师教学现状和不足进行了分析,然后从学校层面和个人层面提出了高校青年教师提高教学水平的建议。

Young teachers are the important parts of the teaching staff in colleges and universities. However,the shortages and problems of young teachers in teaching are widespread phenomena. Firstly,the current situation and problems of young teachers in colleges and universities are analyzed. Then,some suggestions on how to improve the teaching level of young college teachers are presented from the school level and individual level.
