园艺专业本科生科研创新能力的现状与探索

The Present Situation and Exploration of Scientific Research Innovation Ability of Undergra Duates Majoring in Horticulture

园艺专业在我国种植业中占有重要的地位,创新型园艺人才是实现园艺产业可持续发展和创新发展的重要保障,而本科生科研创新能力的培养是培养创新型人才的重要举措。农科类高校在本科生科研创新能力培养上也取得了一定的成绩,但当前仍然存在一些问题。本文结合目前的形势、国内外的现状以及园艺专业的学科特点探讨本科生创新能力培养的措施,从兴趣引导、完善科研创新机制和提高积极性等方面进行探索,以期进一步推动园艺学创新人才的培养质量。

The horticulture major has an important position in China＇s planting production. Innovative horticulture talent is an important guarantee to achieve sustainable and innovative development of horticulture,and cultivating innovation ability of undergraduates is an important measure for the cultivation of innovative talents. Although agricultural universities have obtained some achievements in the cultivation of scientific research innovation ability,there are still some problems. According to the current situation of domestic and foreign,as well as the status of horticultural characteristics,this article explores some measures for innovative ability of undergraduates from the interest guidance, improvement of innovative mechanism and improve the enthusiasm,and so on. The goal is further promote the quality of innovative talents in horticulture.
