摘要
随着我国由制造大国向制造强国转变的战略实施,创新型工程技术人才的培养越来越重要。本文在对国家未来发展战略分析的基础之上,通过对基于课程导向的工程教育模式和基于成果导向的工程教育模式比较,指出基于成果导向的工程教育模式是创新型工程技术人才培养的重要途径,而强化落实实践教学环节是基于成果导向的工程教育模式实现的关键,提出了三种强化实践教学的措施。
Along with strategy implementation of our country from the big manufacturing country to manufacture power, the cultivation of the innovative engineering and technical talents becomes more and more important. In this paper, on the basis of analysis about the development strategy, the engineering education mode based on the course is compared with the engineering education mode based on the results, the engineering education based on the results mode is the important way for innovative engineering and technical personnel training and the practice teaching strengthen is the key to realize the engineering education mode based on the results, three measures of strengthening the practice teaching are put forward.
