The Study on the Cultivation of Graduate Students' Innovative Ability in Universities

高校研究生创新能力的培养对于构筑国家创新体系具有重要意义。在借鉴以往文献研究的基础上对高校研究生创新能力培养观点及建议进行梳理整合,结合我国研究生创新能力现状,笔者认为高校研究生创新能力主要欠缺在培养机制和研究生自身素质方面,因此应该从研究生创新能力培养机制改革和研究生教育两大方面入手,从政府、社会、学校、导师和研究生多方面讨论进而完善高校研究生创新能力的培养方案。

The cultivation of graduate students＇ innovative ability is of great significance to the construction of national innovation system.There have combined and integrated the opinions and suggestions of the graduate students＇ innovative ability mainly based on the literature research.The author consider the lack ＇of cultivation mechanism and graduate student own ability as the main reason for the cultivation of graduate students＇ innovative ability.So,two ways including mechanism reform and graduate education are needed to carry out from variety of aspects such as government, society,school,advisors and students.And thus,the cultivation program can be improved.
