以当前我国水泥行业变革趋势为背景,通过问卷调查企业管理层的方式研究水泥企业本身技术运用、水泥企业与职业院校之间的关系、企业对在校生的态度、在校生对学习资源的满意度、对职业生涯的规划,从而分析企业对当前行业发展的认同性及未来发展的方向,让作为产业人才摇篮的职业教育在变化中实时调整自身,以适应产业变化,有利于学生将来在职业岗位工作中的发展与竞争。
