基于KSAO模型的高职跨境电商主干课程的开发与实践

Main Courses Developing and Practicing of Cross-Border E-Commerce in Higher Vocational Institutes Based on KSAO Model

随着跨境电商的快速发展,企业对跨境电商人才的需求更为迫切,同时要求也不断提高,企业急需有能力解决实际问题的跨境电商复合型人才。基于此现状,文章运用美国人力资源管理中的KSAO模型,对跨境电商的职业素质能力进行了分析,基于此分析,以跨境电商各岗位的职业素能为本位,开发了关联的主干课程,并就这些课程的实践路径予以了探索。

With the development of cross-border E-commerce,the need of talents for cross-border E-commerce in enterprises is becoming more urgent and the demands are being enhanced,and the enterprises are badly in need of interdisciplinary talents for cross-border E-commerce who can solve practical problems. Based on the situation,firstly, the thesis analyzes the professional abilities of cross-border E-commerce by using the KSAO model in human resource management of the United States;secondly,based on the analyses and professional abilities of all cross-border E-commerce,develops relevant main courses;lastly,makes a deep exploration on the practice of these courses.
