摘要 针对现有粉体材料工程课程设计模式的弊端——形式单一、理论不能结合实际,改革课程设计模式为理论和实际相结合,既有工艺和流程设计,又有产品制备和表征。使学生将粉体相关理论知识与粉体生产的实践环节通过直接的试验联系起来,有利于学生掌握粉体各处理单元的关键问题。通过方案设计、实验室试制、性能检测使学生了解科学研究、粉体产品生产的一般方法。 The paper aims at the reforming the curriculum design mode of powder materials engineering. As there are two main drawbacks of the current curriculum design mode of powder materials engineering, that is, monotonous form, no combination of theory with practice, the reformed curriculum design mode is based on combination of theory with practice and there arc design of technology and process as well as preparation and characterization of products. The reformed curriculum design mode is benefit for the student to connect the related theoretical knowledge and practical process segment of powder production, which is benefit for the student to master the key problems of the powder handling processes. Through program design, preparation in laboratory, and properties detection, the students can know the general method of the scientific research and product manufacturing of the powder.
