《食品企业质量认证》课程教学优化探索

摘要 为了适应当前社会对食品质量认证方面的人才需求,河南牧业经济学院专科食品类专业开设了《食品企业质量认证》课程。《食品企业质量认证》课程具有理解和记忆的知识点多、内容抽象、实践性和应用型强的特点。作为一门新兴课程,其教学内容、教学方法及考核形式尚处于逐步完善阶段。本文通过分析课程内容特点,针对如何减轻学生学习负担、提高学习兴趣、实现以学生为主体的教学模式,在教学内容选取、教学方法运用及考核方式改革等方面进行了探索,取得了良好的教学效果。 In order to meet the demand of food quality certification of food specialty in the current society,Henan Institute of Animal Husbandry economy openes "quality certification course of food quality certification enterprises " course. Food enterprises have the understanding and memory of the knowledge points,abstract content,practical features and application as a strong. The new curriculum,the teaching content,teaching methods and examination forms is still in its beginning stage. By analyzing the characteristics of the course conteut,iu order to reduce the burden of student learning,it improves the learning interest,realizes student-centered teaching mode selection in teaching content,reforms teaching methods and assessment methods and other aspects,having achieved good teaching effects.
