摘要 培养和提高大学生的创新能力,为学生毕业工作打下良好的实践基础,是高等院校理工科专业的重要任务之一。本文针对电气工程专业学生面临就业时遇到的择业困难,及工作后面临的经验匮乏困难,提出了基于《PLC技术及应用》课程的加强理论课堂的启发性教育、改善实验课堂的独立思考和动手能力培养、创造课余参与PLC工程实践活动等多项改革措施,以期达到对大学生创新创业能力培养的目的。 It is an important task for colleges and universities to cultivate and improve the innovative ability of college students,and it lays a good foundation for students to graduate. According to the case of employment of students with professional electrical engineering employment diffficulties,and work experience lack of facing difficulties,the paper bases on "PLC" technology and application course to strengthen the theoretical education,improve the classroom inspired classroom independent thinking and the ability of training, creating after school to participate in PLC engineering practice a number of reform measures and reach the goal of cultivating college students' innovation ability to.
