基于自组织理论的医学生网络学习模式研究

摘要 随着大数据信息的快速发展,医学生的思维和认知在不断重构,学习方式与理论的组织形式也在发生着深刻的变化。如何构建医学生网络自主学习高效模式,成为高等医学教育教学改革研究的热点话题。本文以自组织理论为指导,注重理论与实践的结合,不断更新教学观念,应用网络资源与网络信息技术,探讨建立适应医学生网络自主学习的自组织学习模式。 With the rapid development of large data information,the thinking and cognition of medical students have been constantly reconstructed,and learning way and organization forms of the theory have also undergone profound changes. How to build autonomous learning efficient mode for medical students in the network,has become a hot topic in the reform of higher medical education teaching research. Guided by the self-organizing theory, combination of theory and practice,constant update of the teaching idea,with the application of network resources and network information technology,to set up network autonomous learning mode with self-organization for the medical students.
