商务合同是贸易双方就某一事务达成的规定双方权利和义务的协议,是正式的法律文件,对缔约各方具有法律约束力。本文从古语词、并列词语、定语从句、状语从句及语篇5个方面分析了商务合同用词、句法、语篇特征,从英汉语及合同基本特点分析的基础上,提出了相应的翻译方法。

Business contract is a kind of provision signed by the traders to expound their responsibility and obligation. It is an formal, legal document,strictly：abided by the two sides in trade. The lexical,syntacric style of business contract will be analyzed from the point of the usages of ancient words,repeating words,attributive sentences. The relative translating skill will be illustrated based on the basic character of English and Chinese contract.
