摘要
阅卷员培训是一项系统工程,由事前培训、事中培训和事后培训组成,每一部分都有其独特的作用与效果。成功的培训工作是阅卷质量的有效保障。由于阅卷工作受多种因素的影响,阅卷员培训对阅卷质量的影响力有限。为提高阅卷员培训的影响力,有必要采取一些附加措施加以配合,以达到事半功倍的效果。
The training of raters is a systematic procedure, which is formed by prior training, process training and after training. Each part of the training has its own specific functions and effects, thus it can be seen that successful training is the effective support and guarantee of the quality of marking. However, due to various factors, the influ- ence of the training of raters over quality of marking is limited. As a result, it is necessary to take some supplementa- ry measures to achieve the result with half effort in the marking procedure.
