摘要
声环境品质是高层住区空间品质的重要组成部分,声环境评价不能仅以噪声暴露水平为标准,还要考虑住区空间环境信息对居民进行声环境评价的具体影响。以天津市典型高层住区为研究对象,首先,通过理论研究对高层住区空间环境信息进行分类并选取出四类空间环境因子;其次,采用实地问卷调查及测量方式对空间环境因子进行数据采集;再次,运用相关性分析筛选出与声环境评价显著相关的空间环境因子,并在此基础上提取公因子进行简化降维分析;最后,运用回归分析建立声环境评价计算模型,并提出针对空间环境因子的规划设计策略。
The quality of acoustic environment is an important component of the residential quality in high-rise residential area. The evaluation of acoustic environment should not only take the noise exposure level as the standard,but also take into account the influence of the residential space environment information on the subjective evaluation of acoustic environment.Taking the typical high-rise residential area of Tianjin City as the researching object,firstly,the space environment information is divided into four types of space environmental factors through theoretical research. Secondly,the space environmental factors were collected by field questionnaire survey and measurement. Thirdly,factors which are significantly correlated with acoustic environmental evaluation are screened out by using correlation analysis,and common factors is proposed by factor analysis. Finally,the acoustic environment evaluation model is established by using regression analysis,and the design strategies for space environmental factors are proposed.
