利鼻Ⅱ号胶囊治疗PAR免疫学作用与疗效观察

Clinical Curative and Immunological Effects of LibiⅡCapsule on Perennial Allergic Rhinitis

目的 :探讨利鼻Ⅱ号胶囊治疗常年性变应性鼻炎免疫学作用并观察其临床疗效。方法 :利鼻Ⅱ号胶囊治疗组 4 0例 ,其中 35例治疗前后分别测定外周血淋巴细胞亚群CD4、CD8和血清IgE ,并与 15例健康正常人相应免疫学参数对照 ,同时与鼻炎康治疗组 30例作临床疗效对照。结果 :利鼻Ⅱ号胶囊在提高CD4、CD8,降低IgE和改善临床症状和体征方面均具有显著作用 (P <0 0 1,或P <0 0 5 )。结论 :提示利鼻Ⅱ号胶囊具有提高和调节体内免疫功能的作用和较好的临床疗效。

Objective :To investegate and observe the immunological and clinical curative effects of the libi Ⅱ capsule made by Chinese medicine on perennial allergic rhinitis(PAR). Methods :40 cases with PAR were treated with the Libi Ⅱ capsule and the ratios of the CD 4,CD 8 in T lymphocyte subsets and total serum IgE from 35 cases of them were measured before and after the treatment,and simultaneously contrasted with 30 cases with PAR that were treated with tablet Biyankang on the clinical curative effect,and 15 cases with health on the same immunological test. Results :The Libi Ⅱ capsule has obvious effects on increasing CD 4,CD 8 and decreasing IgE,and improving clinical symptom and physical sign. Conclusion :These suggest that Libi Ⅱ capsule possess to promote and regulate organic immunologic function,and better therapeutic effect.
