摘要
研究了一种新型蜡系与硅系复配的高回弹聚氨酯泡沫塑料专用脱模剂,并考察了主脱模剂、表面活性剂、固含量等条件对脱模剂稳定性及脱模效果的影响。结果表明,选取蜡WRA-1/WRA-3为主脱模剂、硅树脂GSZ为助脱模剂、AEO/SAZA为表面活性剂,以环己烷为溶剂,配制的脱模剂具有良好的乳液稳定性,常温下可放置90 d不分层,并且其在模具上脱模效果为1级的次数可达9次,能够满足高回弹聚氨酯泡沫塑料复杂制品对脱模剂的使用要求。
A new type of release agent compounded with wax and silicon resin was prepared which could be used in prodnetion of high resilience polyurethane foams( HR foams). The effects of raw materials proportion and preparation conditions on the stability of release agent and the effect of mold release were investigated. The results showed that, when using cyclohexane as solvent, waxes WRA-1/WRA-3 as main release agent, silicone GSZ as auxiliary, release agent, SAZA/AEO as surfactant, the prepared release agent for HR foams had best mold release effect and good emulsion stability. The phenomenon of diphase separation could not be observed when this release a- gent was placed under room temperature for 90 days. The mold release effect reached one class and mold release times reached 9. It could meet the requirements for release agent used in the processing of HR foams.
