摘要
研究了一种新型化学发泡剂CFA8125与物理发泡剂HCFC-141b作为组合发泡剂在喷涂聚氨酯硬泡中的应用。考察了不同配比的发泡剂对泡沫材料的压缩强度、导热系数、闭孔率、尺寸稳定性等性能的影响。结果表明,当CFA8125替代质量分数约为30%的HCFC-141b时,其它性能指标基本保持不变,而导热系数明显优于HCFC-141b体系;当替代80%HCFC-141b时,压缩强度明显增大。混合体系泡沫性能良好,说明化学发泡剂CFA8125部分替代HCFC-141b在喷涂聚氨酯硬泡中使用性能良好。
The application of the mixed blowing agent system of CFA8125 and physical blowing agent HCFC- 141b was studied in the field of spray rigid polyurethane foams. The effects of different ratio of mixed blowing agent on the foam performance was researched, including compressive strength, thermal conductivity, closed cell rate and dimensional stability. The results showed that, when 30% HCFC-141b was replaced by CFA8125, the thermal conductivity of product was obviously better than the foam using HCFC-141b, and other performance was almost no change. When 80% HCFC-141b was replaced, the compressive strength increased obviously. The spray rigid polyurethane foam had good performance when HCFC-141b was partly replaced by CFA8125.
