随着旅游业的飞速发展,对旅游需求的新变化日益凸显。互联网、4G移动通信、云计算等新兴技术实现了传统旅游业的升级,提高了旅游业的工作效率,实现了旅游业的创新发展。文章将从智慧旅游的兴起,到理论的完善,促进现代旅游业的升级三个方面论述,建立区域智慧旅游发展的新框架。希望通过搭建智慧旅游的新型发展模式,提升滨州市智慧旅游的吸引力和滨州市整体旅游实力。

With the rapid development of tourism, new changes in the demand for tourism are becoming more and more obvious. Internet, 4G mobile communication, cloud computing and other emerging technolo- gies have upgraded the traditional tourism industry, improved the efficiency of the tourism industry and real- ized the innovation in the development of the tourism industry. From the rise of smart tourism, the perfec- tion of theory, to promoting the upgrading of modern tourism, this paper discusses the new framework of re- gional smart tourism development. It is hoped that by building a new development mode of smart tourism, we will enhance the attraction of the city＇s smart tourism and the comprehensive tourist strength of Binzhou.
