摘要
伴随人类社会进入大数据时代及现代信息技术在教育领域的广泛应用,高校的教与学环境发生了深刻的变化,特别是在当前MOOC的广泛应用下,其不仅给学习者带来了便利和优质的教育资源,对教育教学产生了一定影响,也给高校教师专业发展提出了新的要求,提升教师信息素养已成为当务之急。从政府、学校、教师自身三方面提出了政策上的引导、开展校本培训、搭建平台以及教师自身不断提高信息意识、加强信息技术与课程整合等方面提出若干对策,以期为高校教师信息素养提升提供建议。
In the age of big data, modem information technology is widely used in the educational field. The environment of teaching and learning in colleges has taken place. The wide use of MOOC brings some convenient and excellent education resources to learners, and at the same time it proposes new requirements to the college teachers' professional development. It becomes the top priority to improve teachers' informa- tion literacy. This article puts forward some advice from three aspects of govemment, schools and teachers, on policy guidance, developing school-based training, platform structures, as well as the teachers self-im- provement in information awareness, strengthening the information technology and curriculum integration etc.
