网式足球对大学生网球击球效果提高的影响

The Influence of Net Football on the Tennis Ball Hitting Effect of College Students

运用文献资料法、实验法等研究方法以网式足球对大学生网球击球效果的影响为研究对象,通过对比实验,探讨网式足球对大学生网球击球效果的具体影响。通过对比实验,对大学生网球运动员的击球效果进行测试,结果表明:实验组与对照组之间定点击球效果测试成绩存在差别,其中实验组正、反手定点击球技术优于对照组较多,正手定点击球技术具有显著性差异,网式足球对网球运动员定点击球效果的提升主要体现在移动步法和控球两个方面;实验组跑动中的击球效果提升的幅度明显高于对照组,且存在显著性差异,网式足球对运动员正、反手跑动中击球的协调性、步法、击球点、控球的提升较为明显;网式足球对运动员正、反手跑动中的击球效果影响不大。网球是技能主导类隔网对抗性运动项目,掌握技术对网球运动员来说非常重要,良好技术动作的形成,离不开身体反复的练习积累,才可对肌肉产生足够的刺激积累。网式足球可以作为一种辅助手段与训练相结合,两者反复交叉训练,才能取得更好的效果。

By means of literature study, experimental method etc, taking the influence of net football on the tennis ball hitting effect of college students as research object, through the contrast experiment, this paper explores the influence of net football on the tennis ball hitting effect of college students. The result of con- trast experiment shows the difference between the experimental group and the control group. The backhand stroke technique of the experimental group is better than that of the control group. The promotion on the ball hitting effect by net football mainly lies in the promotion footwork and ball control. The experimental group＇ s promotion in the running hall hitting is significantly higher than that of control group. The influence on co- ordination, footwork, hitting point, ball control is more obvious, while the influence on the running fore- hand and backhand ball hitting is not obvious.
