新升格民办本科高校“双师型”师资队伍建设研究

民办高校升格为应用型本科院校,这对满足人们对高水平教育的需求、对国家的发展战略都有很大帮助。但升格后的师资队伍,特别是双师型师资队伍的数量不能满足教学的需要。通过研究,分析了新升格民办高校的应用型导向选择的趋势,比较了升格前后师资队伍的变化,最后提出新升格民办高校双师型师资队伍建设的建议。

Many private colleges had upgraded to the applied ones. These give great help to both the de- mands of high level of education from people and strategic of development from State. But the teaching members, especially the double-professionally-titled teachers, did not meet the needs of teaching. Through research, this paper analysises the application trend of private college, compares the changing of teaching members. At last, It gives out the advices of enhancing of teaching members.
