摘要 提出了一种多齿型定子铁芯结构的开关磁通永磁电机,并建立电机参数化模型。以电机定/转子之间间隙、永磁体厚度、定子齿宽等参数作为分析变量,基于有限元分析软件对多齿型开关磁通永磁电机的气隙磁密、齿槽转矩等电磁特性进行分析,为直驱型纯电动汽车所用电机的设计及优化提供参考。 Switched-flux permanent magnet motor with multi-toothed stator core structure is proposed, and the parametric model of the motor is established. The clearance between the stator and the rotor, the permanent magnet thickness and the stator tooth width are taken as the analysis variables. The analysis software is used to analyze the electromagnetic characteristics such as air gap flux density and positioning torque of the multi-tooth type switched magnetic flux permanent magnet motor, which can provide reference for the design and optimization of the motor used in the direct drive type pure electric vehicle.
